Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at present — if you are outside India, write to us via the contact form and we will let you know if that changes.

Shipping within India is included in the ₹350 price. There are no additional delivery charges.

Orders are signed, packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment. Delivery typically takes a further 5–10 working days depending on your location, so please allow up to 15 working days in total.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by couriers, weather or festivals are occasionally unavoidable and we will keep you informed where we can.

Where the courier provides a tracking number we will share it by email or message once your order is dispatched.

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; a re-shipping charge may apply.
