Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund. Email shuchitaamin@gmail.com with your order reference (shown on your confirmation screen) and the name used at checkout.

Once the order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Signed copies are personalised items and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except as described under Damaged copies below.

If your book arrives damaged, email shuchitaamin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send you a replacement signed copy at no cost.

If a replacement cannot be provided, we will refund the full amount instead.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or UPI provider may take a few additional days to display the credit.
