When you order a book: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, collected by our payment partner during checkout, along with your optional gift note.

When you write to the author: your name, email address and message.

We do not store your card, UPI or banking details — payments are processed entirely by our payment partner.

To pack and ship your order and to contact you about it if needed.

To reply to letters you send the author. Replies are emailed to the address you provide.

We do not send marketing emails and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Our payment partner (for processing payments), our courier partner (name, phone and address, for delivery), and our email service (to deliver the author's replies). Each only receives what it needs to perform its service.

Order and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal/accounting obligations, then deleted. Data is stored on secured servers and access is limited to the author.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing shuchitaamin@gmail.com.

This website uses only the minimal storage required for it to function (for example, remembering the author's own login). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
